I grew up in Kent, Ohio and enjoyed a childhood of creeks and crayfish. After graduating high school, I went to Florida to be a part of Teen Missions, a non-profit organization that takes over 2,000 teens and pre-teens every year to do summer charity projects. I spent 4 years as a staff member, 1 year of which I lived in Mozambique, Africa. By the age of 21 had the awesome opportunity to have visited over 20 countries and help countless people. I returned to Pittsburgh, PA to go to college for Graphic Design and Business. I worked for a local magazine, owned my own design firm and worked as a freelance designer.
In 2000 I moved to Utah to become a licensed loan officer and am proud to have had the privilege of serving VA families for 10+ years. In 2010 I continued to serve families as a union benefits rep, which enabled me to give assistance in the greatest times of need. I have recently returned to the mortgage industry, and am very excited to represent Elevate Mortgage Group and Low VA Rates to continue to do what I enjoy the most in life - helping people. In my free time, I enjoy hiking in the mountains, traveling and reading.
